Shipping & Delivery

How does delivery work?

We ship on business days and offer same-day shipping. Please allow our team 1–3 business days to assemble, process, and carefully package your order.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order will be processed according to our shipping process.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact us so that we can check this with the courier.

Please note: The delivery times do not include the processing time of 2–5 business days.

1. Germany

  • Delivery time: approx. 7–12 business days

2. Europe (excluding Germany)

  • Countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Great Britain

  • Delivery time: approx. 7–15 business days

3. North America

  • Countries: Canada, United States

  • Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days

4. Australia & New Zealand

  • Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days

Delivery is free of charge to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Great Britain, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand

Note: If your country is not included in this list, please contact us before ordering so that we can assist you with processing and delivering your order.


Taxes at checkout

All prices shown at checkout already include the legally applicable taxes.


Incorrect delivery address information

We deliver the products to the delivery address provided at the time of order. Please ensure that the address is entered correctly, including the full postal code according to postal service regulations.

If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postal code, Montessori Learnworld is not liable. The customer may incur additional product and delivery fees. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 business days before reshipping the item.
