Shipping & Delivery
How does delivery work?
We ship on weekdays and offer same-day shipping. Please allow our team 2–5 business days to assemble, process, and carefully package your order.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order will be processed according to our shipping procedure.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact us so we can check with the courier.

- Countries: Canada, United States

Delivery is free of charge to the following countries:

Taxes at checkout
All prices shown at checkout already include the legally applicable taxes.
Incorrect delivery address information
We deliver products to the delivery address provided at the time of order. Please ensure the address is entered correctly, including the full postal code according to postal service regulations.
If an order is delayed or lost due to a wrong or incomplete address/postal code, Montessori Lernwelt is not liable. The customer may be responsible for additional product and shipping fees. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 business days before reshipping the item.
